Mason Run is located adjacent to the historic Mount Vernon estate. To visit, take I-95 to exit 166A Fairfax County Parkway (7100 East) toward Newington. Continue 3 miles to a left on Route 1. Proceed about 2 miles to a right on Rte. 235/George Washington Memorial Highway. Turn right onto Ferry Landing Rd and continue to Mason Run on your right.
